Fulfillment & Shipping
We work hard to try and find the most cost effective and efficient way of shipping our products to our customers. Finding an affordable provider isn't always possible to all locations, especially as we're still a small company. However we are continuously looking to improve the process and costs associated with shipment and will update this information as and when new options become available.
Fulfillment Centers
We've partnered with ShipBob fulfillment and are working with their US center just outside of Chicago, IL as well as their Brampton, Ontario location in Canada. Orders placed from the US and Canada will be routed to these fulfillment centers and shipped locally to you, ensuring orders don't take too long and aren't subject to any customs or import costs.
For Australia and New Zealand, we're working with Let's Play Games, a board game fulfillment and distribution company based in New South Wales.
All European and other Worldwide orders are sent from our ReRoll Works Headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so orders placed for small and light items will be shipped in letterbox packages at a discounted rate.

Please note that these shipping rates are subject to change and may vary based on the weight and size of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time
Orders from our Amsterdam, NL location are shipped twice per week - on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed before Mondays at 17:00 will be shipped on Tuesday and orders placed before Wednesday at 17:00 will be shipped on Thursday.
ShipBob provides a 2 business day SLA for shipping orders placed.
Let's Play Games typically ships within 2 business days, but provides a 5 business day SLA for placed orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
